Content DB to large
Good day, I'm hoping someone can help me with my issue. My client has on prem SharePoint 2016 and they are using one collection site as an intranet with a subsite for document and records management...

First of all, I hope this problem has already been fixed by now.
For folks with the same problem :
Agree with @jack521895 that moving content on SharePoint 2016 is poorly supported OOTB.

Most solutions are aimed at central use by an administrator or migration team. There are also browser-based solutions that can be used by end-users (https://directory.collab365.com/listing/slim-companion-explorer/).
