Contact images not showing - SharePoint Online/365

Thanks for that, i've had a user sign into Delve but it's not made any difference and a ticket raised with Microsoft has draw a blank too, apparently it's out of scope, not in development and not planned to be either.
History of the issue shows its never been fixed supposedly, great service!
We use CodeTwo User Photo for O365, which is free. When uploaded via this, after a while (hr or so) profile images show across all apps.
