Connect two sharepoint list

Hi,

I have two SharePoint list as data sources for power apps, one is of "Daily Attendance" and another called "Leave Request" which are individually accessed via Power apps. The daily attendance consist of choices present and absent, the leave request list consist of Sick leave and Privilege Leave. I have a requirement where suppose if a individual is absent and if he is on a leave  then instead of absent that specific leave value should be returned in daily attendance list from Leave request. Is it possible to connect and manipulate such two list? If possible then how?
