Configure syncing with OneDrive sync app for SharePoint 2019 for two different web application

Hi all, 

Just wanted to check, I have multiple web applications. Do I need to add all URL to "SharePointOnPremFrontDoorUrl" or only mysite URL to configure OneDrive client ?
