Conditional formatting list field based on multiple field values with colour??/

Hi 

Anyone can help?

I want the progress column in the SP list to auto change to

1) When the Amount is in - will be more than 1,  it will deduct and auto show blue in progress in the progress column

2) and when the approval column has email approved it will auto deduct and update the progress to complete

how to ??? please help provide the JSON.  I cannot understand the code where to change...  Thanks.
