Conditional format DOB + three years

I have a SharePoint list that contains a DOB column. Folks added to list receive services until they age out at 3 years old.

I would like to conditionally format the DOB column to show 'red' if it their DOB + 3 years is greater than today (now).  Even better to conditionally format it if the DOB + 3 years is within 3 months from now, to show as yellow. 

In other words, I would like to make the DOB red if today is greater or equal to their DOB + 3 years. I would also like to make the DOB yellow if today is within 3 months of reaching their 3rd birthday. This will help indicate those approaching their 3rd birthday as well as those that should age out an no longer be available for services.
