Communication site Top navigation menu disappear when activate Publishing Infrastructure
I have created a communication site and activated the Publishing Infrastructure by running this PowerShell command Connect-SPOService -Url https://contoso-admin.sharepoint.com

Thank you for your reply. I need to migrate Published sites from SP2016 on Prem to SP online and using the Communication site as the main/Hub and the sub sites to be Published sites. What would be the best approach to achieve that ?
