Communication Site navigation not displaying below site name
I have one single Communication site where the site navigation is displaying ABOVE the logo and site title area. All other Communication sites display the nav BELOW this. It is joined to a hub, but I dis-joined it and the nav was still above it incorrectly so it is a problem in the site itself. There is no code or web parts on this page that should be messing with this.

- That's odd...maybe a caching issue? If not, a bug IMHO
That's what I'm thinking. Not sure anything we can do except delete and re-create the site. I've compared to other Comm sites created before and after, looks no different.
