Communication Site List Preview
Is there a way in the list preview app to stop showing the view and new options. Similar to the classic List webpart of not showing the tool bar?
What is exactly your question? as i do not understand it you do not want to see the view.. but where and how?

Thanks for the reply. I apologise for not being clear in the question but I would like to be able to hide the area that is shown in the picture as I like to use the pages to show the data but really dont want any interactivity.
It is not available. Would suggest to write a Uservoice item or create your own custom SPFx Webpart.
