Column Formatting using JSON from a Lookup Column

Hello,

I have a document Library where one of my Columns is a Lookup, the list is of Project Names

What I would like to do is be able to only show the Project Names that are relevant to the Project Library as currently the list shows everything.

Is there a way to only show the Project Name if it's equal or contains the Customer Name?

I am not sure if the Format Current View option would work but would like to try it using JSON if possible and I don't have knowledge of JSON so guidance of how it should be written would help me also.

Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated if the JSON is not an option.
