SaraFennah Is your default admin experience set to be the New Admin Center? If so, try changing your default to the old admin center and re-accessing it from the O365 admin center.

Would you be able to provide more details please? Is your user access a "Global Administrator" on Sharepoint? Any screenshots?

  What is the exact version of your browser? Would you please try on a different Browser?
  Clear your browser history, Launch your Browser InPrivate mode. Add your SharePoint address to compatibility list.
  
  Any changes has been made to your security software? Operation system? Browser? Any recent updates?
