check SharePoint Usage reports on the specific document
Hi, Is there any way to check SharePoint reports on the specific document to see how often the documents are searched and looked by users?
(usage statistics on SharePoint documents)
Hello elaheh ,
in your O365 Portal you have as Admin 2 ways to search on user's experiences respectively on your own routines (screenshot 1).
*The UX with Files / Documents is in the Delve App,
*Your personal routines can be improved by the Ap "MyAnalytics.
Besides you can look on each file in a library by clicking on the 3 Points of a single file in the files list. There is a) the version history and b) the Details at the end of that context menu of each file (screenshot 2)
