Changing the font color for Title field

I have a user that wants the Title field to be the same color as a hyperlink would be (blue).  I have the JSON set on the field's "Column Formatting", and it does work, the field is now blue.  However, now when I hover over the item with my mouse, it no longer has the "underlining" of the value in that column, no "Options" ellipsis,  & no "Share the selected item..." icon.  It literally looks just like a normal text field.

 

How do I change the font color and retain all of those other options already inherent in the Title field?
