Change SharePoint Online Locale for Site Collection

I'm trying to adjust the Regional Settings of a SharePoint Site Collection. When a site is created it defaults to 1033 and I found its not possible to provision as 2057.

I want to use REST as I can use PowerAutomate and found the api below.

However, I dont know how to set it to 2057 and its not explained in the documentation.
