Change Default File Sharing Link to People with Existing Access

Hello,

Is it possible to change the default file sharing link to "People with existing access"?

In the Sharepoint Admin Center are only the Options for "Only Persons in your Organisation" and "Specific Persons". The third option is greyed out and not interesting in this case.

But when share a file and select what kind of link you would like to create, there is 4th Option which is called "People with existing access". Is this Option somehow available as standart?

Any thoughts or pointers would be appreciated.
