Centrally deploy provider hosted add-in for external users

Hi everyone, I need one help. Context : I have created an Excel add-in (custom add-in, provider hosted) that helps with reading data in an Excel and push it to a database. Question : Can i (as SharePoint admin) centrally deploy the add-in so that even external users (invited to my organizations SharePoint tenant using B2B invites) have access to it ? Thanks.
