Can't use the sharepoint app to import excel

I have tried Chrome, Edge, IE and cannot get the Sharepoint Excel Import List to work. I am being informed by the browsers, that I don't have Active X. 

Can someone please show me how to enable Active X for Edge or Chrome for my tenant?
