Can't upload folder to SharePoint online

May I seek advise of why my users getting the error and how I can avoid the error in future?

3 of my users getting attached error when they are trying to upload Folder to SharePoint online.

They are the member of the team site.

I am the owner of the team site and never get the similar error.

Error: Unbale to get property "key" of undefined or null reference.

Alternative solution taken: Sync SharePoint folder with local computer drives and use copy and paste to save the folder to the corresponding directory.
