Can't switch off grid view

We've a number of pages (about 90)

We have a couple of views on each page (different for each one) from a main List

 

This works for most of the pages/views we have.

 

However some have defaulted to Grid View and we can't switch it off

 

How can we get rid of this? we don't want grid view only the link to the Canvas App form to enter information. We've no idea why it's appeared and we can't get rid of it.

 

Does anyone have any idea how we can revert these to the default view.

    Exit grid view then click on Save view. The next time you go into the list it should be back to the normal (non-grid) view.
