Can't revoke shared links

Hi,

I have shared SharePoint List with external users.
I do remember having an option to add or remove people to from this link.
I wanted to add new person, so opened "Manage access", but I can see internal users only.
If I go to "Link" tab, this is  blank, with option to Create new one, but I should see existing links too.
Normally when something has not been shared before states: "A sharing link hasn't been created for this file yet. Create a new link to start sharing with others."
I do not see this either.

I can see external users users have access if I go to SharePoint Classic, and get option to "delete user from site collection", not sure this is the way.

Basically, my question is, should I ever lose access to manage shared link?
Is it normal for external users to have access to the list that I can not even see without having to go to legacy (classic) mode? Doubt that, hence tagging with security too.

  • UPDATE:
One helpful thing I forgot to share on this forum related to the issue is I am Owner of the site hosting the list.

    RESOLVED:
Issue was resolved by site admin - apparently there are permission in site level which prevented me from accessing to the link management.
