Can't Connect to SharePoint Through Microsoft acount

Hello,

 

A company send me a link to SharePoint online but I can not connect to it.
my email is  : mailto:Email address removed
I need access to SharePoint with microsoft account.
This is my account in Microsoft : Email address removed

    The best solution to this is registering your account as a Microsoft (Live ) account, this will enable you to access the shared site as an external user to the organization., this is applicable if your email address is @gmail, @yahoo, etc.

    If the shared email address is your organizational email account and your organization uses office 365, then you should be able to access the SharePoint site once guest/external sharing has been enabled in the sharer's SharePoint admin center.

    1. Identify the type of email you are using in accessing SharePoint, if its personal email, register it as a Microsoft account, if its organizational, try accessing the link in an incognito browser.
    2. Confirm from the sharer that external sharing is allowed in their organization SharePoint administration.
    3. Share the error message you received with the admin.
