Cannot sync document from online sharepoint to local computer by using Onedrive

Dear Team,

 

I am having a problem with syncing document from Enterprise site of Online Sharepoint to local computers by using Onedrive. I have configured a shared folder under a sub-site of Enterprise site, my users cannot sync their shared folder to their computer although they can see the sync button when logged in to the Sharepoint page. But I can sync all document with my account (admin for this site). I though my issue is relating to a permission setting the shared folders, is it right?

 

Your advice is my high appreciate.

    Hi Thuan

     

    Do you get any error after it says getting ready to sync.. as shown in screen shot. If you could share the error message that would give more insight about the issue.

      Dear Robin,

       

      There is no any windows displayed after click the sync button. As usual it will have a windows popped up to choose the Onedrive app, but it remains the same.

       

      The users have only Contribute permission on that shared folder.

        I’m not sure you can sync from a subsite. I’ll have to test this tomorrow morning.
