Cannot Move Webparts

Hello, I have a Sharepoint site which was created by default from a 365group. 

 

For some odd reason I can't move the webparts? When I pick them up, I get a white small square rather than the webpart and it doesn't save?

    Same problem here except my site is a Communications template created from the SPO Admin Center. Other sites are working fine except this one and still looking for a fix.

      Julius Sounds like something that's bigger then just my SharePoint site then. We also have several other sites in the tenant and several over tenants with no issues. Sounds like a Microsoft issue. 

       

      I have put a ticket into Microsoft and currently awaiting a response.
