Cannot download folder from Asset Library.

Hi all.

Today I found that I cannot download folder from Asset Library.

When I clicked the download button the following error is appeared.

And I also can not sync file to local PC. Does this problem is setting by design?

I want to know the reason. Any help will be appreciated.
