Can you display managed metadata hierarchy
I have a client that is using the Term Store to add managed metadata to a column. She would like to show the entire hierarchy for the chosen metadata in a column. So instead of
German Shepard
She wants
Animal - Dog - German Shepard.
I have been playing around with this for a while, but cannot figure it out using either the managed metadata column or a calculated column. Any ideas? Perhaps it is just not possible.
shawn_fielding If I understand well, you just need to set the column display format to "Display the entire path to the term in the field".

Martin-Coupal Yep. I'm an idiot. I somehow did not see that option every time I was looking in there.
- There are soo many options that sometimes I miss them too 🙂
