Can you disable the redirect to the "Welcome to Microsoft 365" page?
Staff are getting redirected to the "Welcome to Microsoft 365" page (https://www.office.com/?auth=2&home=1) when they access SharePoint Online.
This only happens once for each user, however it is leading to a lot of support calls. Is there a way to disable this behaviour?

That's very strange. I recommend you open a support case since this is not expected behaviorThanks jcgonzalezmartin, turns out the team was testing using a browser with InPrivate/Incognito mode. So, that would explain why they saw that behaviour.
