Can we perform AutoCad (3rd Party app) file check-out / check-in in OneDrive folder?

I have a SharePoint 2019 environment, and perform OneDrive sync into local folder.

I have turn on Required check out to YES, but I could not figure out anyway to check out the file in OneDrive , unless check out in SharePoint site (this would not so convenience for users to perform 2 steps procedure before edit AutoCad file).

The reason to turn on the Required check out is to enable file lock when there have 2 users edit at the same time.

Could any experts to confirm is it possible to have Check-out / Check-in option in OneDrive Sync App?
