Can we export the "Highlighted content" web part settings and import it inside another site

I have a classic team site collection, and inside the site collection and have many sub-sites. now on each sub-site i created a modern page, which have a Highlighted content web part, as follow:-

Now the Highlighted content contain around 10 filters. so i do not want to re-create the Highlighted content web part of each sub-site and define the 10 filters. so is there a way to export the Highlighted content web part from one page and import it to another page?

If the answer is NO, then let say i need to show content inside the Highlighted content web part, which have 10 values from the same managed property. currently to implement this i have added 10 separate filters and on each filter i define the required value, as follow (this is for 2 filters out of 10):-

so is there a way to define an array of string inside the same filter? so instead of defining 2 separate filters ("Action" & "Register"), to define them in an single array?
