Can user without licenses access Sharepoint Online?
Hi All, Want to check if some users from our company dont have any license, but they have Azure AD Account, can they access Sharepoint Online? what is the limitation? Thanks Lin Kang
They can, yes, as Microsoft doesn't usually enforce licensing requirements in code. Which is not to say that you should be doing that, it still constitutes a violation of the licensing agreement.
They can, but they shouldn't because you will be fall under a non-compliance scenario in regards of corporate users accessing Microsoft 365 services
