Can teams sites and communication sites reside in the same site collection
Perhaps a simple question, but can you have a site collection with both team (sub)sites and communication (sub)sites?

AlexIM when creating a subsite you don't have the option to create a communication site. The use of sub sites is a bit deprecated and the new architecture Microsoft provides is the hub sites to get different sites to connect.
This way you don't have to migrate sites when a subsite needs to move up a place, with hubs you can disconnect them or upgrade them to a hub.
