can prevent user from accessing specific SharePoint list by using Microsoft list app

Hello everyone,

My organization still uses InfoPath form to control and validate data input/edit on SharePoint lists on many SharePoint app. However, I realize that users can access to the SharePoint list by using the Microsoft List app (both desktop and mobile apps) and bypass all of the data control and validation!

Please share with me how can I prevent users from accessing those specific SharePoint list by using the Microsoft List? thanks.
