Can I use enterprise keywords in comments with SharePoint Online?
In SharePoint 2016, users could use # to tag posts with enterprise keywords. Is that functionality still available in SPOnline?

If you are talking about the modern pages then no you cannot use hashtags as you do in 2016. You might be able to create something similar by adding custom metadata to the pages along these lines:-

Andrew Hodges Thanks for the link. I was actually referring to Newsfeed posts where people could provide comments in a manner similar to what Teams now offers. Wasn't sure if the # feature was ported over to SP Online.
