Can I update MS Sharepoint List when MS Form is modified (for example a new question is added)?

I would like to update my MS Sharepoint List when the MS Form is modified (for example a new question is added). Is this possible?

Scott Strausbaughthank you for your quick response! I would like to update the MS Sharepoint list when a new question is added in MS Form, not when a new response is added to an already existing question of the MS Form.
