Can I "publish" from my Access database to Sharepoint a catalog with images?

 I see a lot of stuff out there about Access web apps not being supported anymore (don't know what they are), I see stuff about connecting to Sharepoint lists (I use Sharepoint at another job, for a community college website, but haven't used lists)...I don't know what's up. I am self-taught with Access, we've been completely internal with everything so far, but I want to get what we have onto our website without it being an entirely manual process if that's at all possible. Since we just upgraded to Office 365 from 2013, I am wondering if there are possibilities here...any advice or leads appreciated.
