Can I make one field in a sharepoint list equal to the exact value in another field in another list?

hi. in the most simplest terms... i have a choice field in list A. whatever this choice field value is I want it to show up in list B in another field.

i'm thinking MAYBE column look up but i don't think i can use choice fields.
