Can I hide SharePoint Site in OneDrive?

Hello,

       I develop app on sharepoint site and allow user access document library and Item list via sharepoint site but don't access direct to document library. 

       But It's show in OneDrive as image below and user can access file in OneDrive.

       Please suggest me for hide sharepoint site in onedrive.
