CAML/KQL Filter for Highlighted Content Modern Web Part

Hello all. We are in process of promoting all subsites to sites. We have subsites (teamsites) under a subsite called workspace. On home page of this workspace we have a content query like this: https://tenant.sharepoint.com/Workspace" contentclass:STS_Web Site<>{Site.URL} UrlDepth<3  which shows all "teams subsites that users have permissions to. 

Now on process of migrating, we had created a new workspaces page under /sites/intranet - new site intranet and when promoting old teamsubsites we are giving name NameofSiteWKSP. 

So my question is: is there a away of a query to show only the sites WKSP a user as permissions to, similar that we still have now?
