KiewitEmployee the ID column can't start at 3201 unless you create 3200 items fist and then delete them.. But you could have a number column in your SharePoint list. Then when a new item is created in your list use a flow in Power Automate to get the next increment number from another list (which only ever has that 1 item). That increment number could start at 3201. That flow would add the next increment number into the column in the main list and then add 1 to the next increment number in the other list ready for the next item to be created.
