Bullets disappearing from SharePoint pages

I've created several SharePoint pages with bullet points in the text web part, but when I re-visit these pages, the bullet points are no longer there. I click 'Edit' and 'Save as Draft' and the bullet points reappear, but not everyone who views these pages have editing privileges. How can I make the bullet points consistent?

    CynCurtis I have been experiencing the same problem. The SharePoint page will start to load and the bullets are visible for a brief second and as soon as the page finishes loading the bullets disappear all over the page, in every section all at once.
