Bug in the Hero Web Part URL?

Question

The hero web part suddenly adds a ?web=1 to the URL given to a tile. Although the link added does not include this.&nbsp;When&nbsp;the&nbsp;page then loads the menu on the left is not highlighted accordingly, since the URL in the menu does not match.

Anyone else seeing this?

Seeing this too! It could be related to recent updates done by Microsoft in some of the modern webparts
