Broken RSS feed web part
I have a sharepoint site that uses a couple RSS Viewer and recently one of them broke, leaving it to look like this. I don't know where the logs this web part wheres to are. Has someone seen ...
Just to close out this issue. I found out that the RSS feeds needed to be HTTPS instead of HTTP. Chrome was redirecting me to the HTTPS page when I tried to use the link. If someone experiences this error. I would look there first because that might be the cause of your problems.
Since you are working with SPO, you cannot get access to SPO Logs to do troubleshooting
Do you know of a good way to troubleshoot this issue? I've viewed the RSS feed on a different RSS client and it works. I wish there was a sign for me to follow on fixing this.
