book1.xlsx is stored on a sharepoint server not supported by this version of office

Hi all,

Scenario: Using iPad

When I tried to open word or excel document in SharePoint 2019, the word/excel is able to open in word/excel online (Edge/Chrome Browser). However, when I tried to edit using the native iPad MS Word/Excel, it will display this error "book1.xlsx is stored on a sharepoint server not supported by this version of office". For info, I only encountered this error around Oct 21. I have already added the sharepoint URL in both the setting in the MS Word/Excel. Thanks
