Bing map and Excel Online - "This chart isn't available in your version of Excel"

I don't know if this topic has come up previously.  I know versions of this topic has, but I don't think I've seen this exact issue in other threads.

I have Excel 2016 through Office 365.  I created a 4 panel dashboard, one panel of which is a Bing map.  I saved the file to Sharepoint to share with others and set the browser to only present the sheet with the interactive dashboard.  Three of the 4 panels presented fine, but the Bing map did not in Excel Online, citing the error message above.  

Our organization is on Office 365.  I tried to get the version of Sharepoint, but it must be the most current version.

Any advice?
