Bing API Key not validating for Classic team site - SharePoint Online

I have added a geolocation column for several lists in several different site templates.  I am trying to validate our Bing Enterprise (Query Key) for a geolocation column that I successfully created on several sites. But it does not accept the Bing API key on classic and blog sites. (see attachment)  It only worked on online configuration team, communication and hub sites. Is this a known issue or am I missing some steps? I performed the same steps within all sites using link below.
