Best way to delete /portals sites?

Hi, we have a site/channel in the Office 365 Video portal that needs to be deleted.

What's your preferred way of removing this site collection?

I know there's the option to delete the channel but will this remove the whole thing, i.e. [tenant]/portals/[channelName]?
