Best practice for sharing a page of a site with org ahead of a site launch

Just wanted to see if anyone had a better method for achieving the following. I'm looking to put a single page of a modern SharePoint communication site live ahead of the rest of the site launching. The page in question has a Microsoft List formatted as a calendar as well which will need to be visible.

My initial plan was to break the inheritance of the page from the parent, then add the "Everyone except external users" group with the read permission level and repeat the same for the list. Testing this in my demo tenant worked well and also removing the unique permissions after did revert the permissions level without any issues.

Though this solution does work when tested, I just wanted to pose the question to the community to see if there was a better was of achieving this without the need to break permissions.
