Behavior/formatting of Promoted Links

Can you change the behavior/formatting of promoted links?  It appears the default is to shade bottom to top with the title and description in white font.

    GusMen As you are using SharePoint 2013 (classic experience), you can add custom CSS/JavaScript and change the behavior/formatting of Promoted Links.
