Backup and Restore items from Global Term Store for SharePoint Online

Hello,

We use SharePoint Online.

I plan to use the Global Term Store for most of Managed Metadata for different departments and Company as a whole.  What is the best method for:

1. backup to Term Store to be able to restore, not just terms but the store officially so that tags are not disconnected

2. Backup the Term Store, and be able to restore a Group/Term Set/or Individual Terms so that if accidentally deleted I as an IT admin can restore a Group/Term Set/ or Term, and the Tag on an object not be disconnected from the restored term.
