Background Change for SharePoint page.

I & Bharat Bharat_suryawanshi are in one team.  We are working in SPO site only. After applying new Image in the theme it's not visible as shown in the image 1 attached. The image in background get applied (Image 1 Before adding Webpart) but when web-parts are added they have white background which hides background of the page (Image 2 After adding Webpart)

 

So, the question is how to reduce the opacity of the web-part so that the background image could be visible. ? Or any other way where the background is visible after adding web-part. ?

    So, it concludes like we have no customization present in SPO. Thanks Juan Carlos González Martín for taking interest.

    If those are out of the box webparts, there is nothing you can do. However, in the case of custom webparts you could add a setting in the webpart settings panel to configure the opacity of the webpart backgroud

      jcgonzalezmartin  So, adding custom webpart is not available in SPO. Right?
      Can you guide me how to get Custom web parts. Is there any need to download SharePoint Designer Suit or else?
