Avoid Welcome Mail

Hi everyone, When I add a member to my SharePoint site, then they get a Welcome Mail. How can I remove that mail? I dont want the members to receive the mail.

When adding your users kindly click on advance option and uncheck the "send an email invitation" box

I don't have that option when I want to add a member to my site? (see picture below)

    The welcome email is controlled by the settings of the underlying Office 365 Group, more specifically the UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnable parameter. You can toggle it via Set-UnifiedGroup.
